Manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, dass einige meiner Fotos gar nicht so schlecht sind. Wenn ich dann aber diese mit Bildern von Profis vergleiche, dann stelle ich neidlos immer noch einen wesentlichen Unterscheid fest. In den letzten zwei Tagen habe ich das Foto links (Mondaufgang) und die ersten zwei Aufnahmen in der Bildstrecke unten von Manfred Stutz auf dem Facebook gesehen. Er ist wie ich auch Hobbyfotograf und im Verein Naturfotografen Schweiz und er hat die Bilder kürzlich im Jura aufgenommen. Diese sind ja zweifellos sehr ansprechend, aber auch er ist noch nicht zufrieden und so wird er anfangs Februar an einem Fotoworkshop in Kenia (Masai Mara) teilnehmen. Dieser wird vom südafrikanischen Fotoprofi "Greg du Toit" durchgeführt und wenn man sich seine Aufnahmen "reinzieht" (die letzten 6 Bilder unten), dann glaubt man geradezu, man ist live dabei. Ja, heutzutage gibt es viele gute Fotografen (wie Manfred und mich), aber die ganz guten sind immer noch rar.
